Archbishop Eames and Jim Molyneaux have both sort amendments in the context of a leaked draft and the Hume/Adams statement. The document recommends that the British put forward their own draft to ease Unionist concerns by making more firm commitments such as to a constitutional guarantee. In the subsequent meeting, it needs to be settled whether Molyneaux will be given a chance to see this alternative draft.
