Repealing a joint resolution to amend the Constitution of the United States.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That a "joint resolution to amend the Constitution of the United States," approved March two, eighteen hundred and sixty one, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
