Website users and cookies

Registered users

Some parts of the Quill website require users to register and log in, either to access restricted information or to allow them to store information within the Quill platform. Users may edit their profiles to include their real names and biographical information. Users may choose not to disclose this information. By supplying this information, you are consenting to our holding it and using it for the purposes for which it was provided. Special categories of user

If you are a member of Quill staff or have been assigned to a Quill project by one of our partner institutions, you may be required to provide your real name and basic biographical information during the registration process, and the data you enter on the platform may be monitored and used in line with your terms of employment. This makes it possible, for example, to acknowledge your contribution to the completed project at a later date. This does not affect your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018.
