A Bill

For the further security of equal rights in the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in the District of Columbia no citizen, being an elector, shall be excluded from any office, or from being selected as a juror, by reason of race or color, and so much of all laws making any such discrimination are hereby repealed.
