Resolved, That the Senlegislative will proceed under its rules, tolegislabusiness of this session be confined to removing the obstructions which have the dispatch of the public business requiring attenbeen, or are likely to be, placed in the way of the fair execution, and tof this end all peticts of reconstructions and bills will be referred for consideration heretofore adopted by Congress, and to the appropriatgiving to said acts the scommitpe intended by Congress without undertaking in advance to limihen the same were passed; and that further legislaction of Congress to any specialat this session, on the subject and to deny a hearingof reconstruction or on allny other subjects, is not expedient.
