Section 1. The rights of labor shall have just protection through laws to promote the industrial welfare of the state.

Section 5. The legislature shall prohibit:
(1) The employment of women or children under the age of fourteen (14) years in underground mines.
(2) Discrimination in wages on account of sex.
(3) The contracting of convict labor.
(4) The labor of convicts outside of prison grounds, except on public works under the direct control of the state.
Section 6.
Section 7. The exchange of blacklists by railroad companies or other corporations or associations or persons is forever prohibited.
Section 8. The right of action to recover damages for injuries resulting in death shall never be abrogated, and the amount recoverable shall not be limited to any statutory limitations.

Section __. The Legislature shall, by appropriate legislation, provide for the enforcement of the provisions of this article.
