Israel G. Lash

"(August 18, 1810 -- April 1, 1878) Israel George Lash was a(n) merchant, cigar manufacturer, banker, public servant, and American politician. He was born in Bethania, Forsyth County, North Carolina. Lash was a delegate to the State constitutional Convention (1868). Israel was elected as a Republican to the 40th and 41st Congress (July 20, 1868 - March 4, 1871), was not elected in 1870.
