ARTICLE XIX

PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND STATE INSTITUTIONS

Section. 1. All I[+e698027]property and i[-e698027]nstitutions and other property [+e698027]of the Territory,[+e698027] shall[-e698027] upon the adoption of this[+e696772]e[-e696772] C[+e698027]c[-e698027]onstitution,[+e698027] shall become the I[+e698027]property and i[-e698027]nstitutions and property [+e698027]of the State of Utah.

Sec. 2. Reformatory and Penal I[+e698027]civil i[-e698027]nstitutions,[+e698027] and those for the benefit of the I[+e698027]i[-e698027]nsane, B[+e698027]b[-e698027]lind, D[+e698027]d[-e698027]eaf and Dumb, a[+e698027]mute A[-e698027]nd such other institutions as the public good may require,[+e698027] shall be established and supported by the State in such manner,[+e698027] and under such boards of control as may be prescribed by law.

Sec. 3. [-e698027] The P[+e698027]location of the seat of government shall be at Salt Lake City. [-e698027]

Sec. 4. The p[-e698027]ublic I[+e698027]i[-e698027]nstitutions of the S[+e698027]s[-e698027]tate are hereby permanently located at the places hereinafter named,[+e698027] each to have the lands specifically granted to it by the United States,[+e698027] in the A[+e698027]a[-e698027]ct of Congress,[+e698027] approved July 16th[+e698027], 189[+e698027]0[-e698027]4, to be disposed of and used in such manner as the L[+e698027]l[-e698027]egislature may[+e698027]shall[-e698027] provide: [-e698027]
