Richard Bland Lee

(January 20, 1761 – March 12, 1827) Plantation owner, jurist, a planter, and member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Son of Henry Lee, Richard Bland Lee began his career in the Virginia House of Delegates and was present at the state convention for the ratification of the Constitution, which he supported. He also served on the First, Second, and Third Congresses.
