United States Thirteenth Amendment 1863-65

Joseph W. White

(2 October, 1822 -- 6 August, 1892) White was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Guernsey County, Ohio, White studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1844. White was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-eighth Congress, however, he was never reelected.
