United States Thirteenth Amendment 1863-65

Samuel F. Miller

(27 May, 1827 -- 16 March, 1892) Miller was an American lawyer, farmer, and politician. Born in Delaware County, N.Y., Miller studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1853, however, did not practice frequently. Miller was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth Congress and afterwards participated in the State constitutional convention in 1867.
