Lucien Anderson

(23 June, 1824 -- 18 October, 1898) Anderson was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Graves County, Ky., Anderson studied law and was admitted to the bar in 1845. Anderson was elected as an Unconditional Unionist to the Thirty-eighth Congress serving from March 4, 1863 to March 3, 1865.
