Isaac N. Arnold

(30 November, 1815 -- 24 April, 1884) Arnold was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Hartwick, Otsego County, N.Y., Arnold was admitted to the bar in 1835 and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1836. Arnold was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-seventh and Thirty-eighth Congresses and served from March 4, 1861 to March 3, 1865.
