Thomas Williams

(28 August, 1806 -- 16 June, 1872) Williams was an American lawyer and politician. Born in Westmoreland County, Pa., Williams studied law and was admitted to the bar 1828. Williams was elected as a Republican to the Thirty-eighth, Thirty-ninth, and Fortieth Congresses.
