Constitutional Convention Hall,

March 12th, 1895.

MR. PRESIDENT:

Your committee on printing beg leave to report that we have requested and received sealed bids from the publishing houses of Salt Lake City on the printing of 600 pamphlets containing the Enabling Act, names of the members, and of standing committees, and the rules of the Convention, and the Salt Lake Lithographing Company being the lowest bidder, your committee recommend that the printing of said pamphlets be awarded to said company at the rate of $2.16 per page.
