The Convention came to order at 14:00 and after taking care of the insertions into the Constitution, the Convention was dissolved into the Committee of the Whole.
The Salt Lake Herald, on April 03, 1895, states that this session of the Committee started at 12:20. This seems to be the typo as the work previous to the Convention resolving into the Committee of the Whole is minute.
The Salt Herald on the 20th of April notes that the Committee of the Whole met after 2:00 pm, however, a precise time was not specified.
The Salt Lake Herald does not specify what time the Convention went into Committee of the Whole. We do know that it was shortly after 9:25.
