The Convention

Washington State Constitutional Convention 1889

The Committee on Judicial Department reported their proposed article, which was ordered printed and to lie over one day. Propositions were presented and referred to the relevant standing committees. The Committee on Rules and Order of Business submitted a report, which was adopted.
